Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, it typically takes 24-48 hours for our team to pack and ship your full order. During promotional period or holiday weeks, orders might take an extra 1-2 business days to be shipped out from our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped out from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information for you to check on the status of your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

After your order has been shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

1. West Malaysia: 1-7 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays)

2. East Malaysia: 3-10 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays)
