Each position is a weighted mean of adoption (40%), maintenance (24%), momentum (14%), tool description quality (13%) and trust (9%), multiplied by three attenuators: how directly the server is about Email (named for it, declaring it, tagged with it, or merely mentioning it), whether its repository is still moving, and how much independent evidence of adoption it has.
