The Tchukudu Women’s Training Centre
Located in the city of Goma, the TWTC is a place for women fleeing the ongoing conflict in their villages to develop the skills needed to support themselves and their families in the city.
The TWTC offers the women a 1-2 year program to train in a new skill and begin a solo or cooperative business.

Education is a passport to a brighter future. In Malawi, girls don’t typically get the chance to attend secondary school – in part because of secondary school fees. In a country where more than 50% of the population lives on less than two dollars a day, the cost of a girl’s secondary education is prohibitive for most families. Funding a year of education provides tuition plus school uniforms and learning supplies. By making a tax-deductible donation to the UNICEF USA, you can give a girl the opportunity to achieve her dreams.
The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee
The Elephant Sanctuary exists to provide captive elephants with individualized care, the companionship of a herd, and the opportunity to live out their lives in a safe haven dedicated to their well-being and educate the public of the complex needs of elephants in captivity and the crisis facing elephants in the wild.
