Planning how to teach Principles of Design to your students can be challenging. I cover teaching the Principles of Designs in many different ways in my art curriculum. Here’s some of my favorites.

Appreciating architecture is closely related to the knowledge of principles of design. Complicated as they sound, under the guidance of dedicated lessons children quickly recognise the aesthetic values of architecture. Building upon the lessons, children can benefit from the knowledge to get to know art at a later stage.
