Bachelor Buttons come in many different colors and we use them in many of our teas. They are generally flavorless and add great color. They are super easy to grow and have many uses. They are known as cornflowers, blue poppies, blue bonnet, and blue cap. Known in latin as Centaurea Cyanus.

Bachelor's Buttons-Double Blue Cornflower Cyanus This is a tall, brilliant blue Bachelor Button. The Bachelor Button prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It is a resilient annual flower and can be fall planted in zones 7-10. This flower will have better success if started outdoors, although it can typically survive if started indoors. The Bachelor Button is one of the easiest flowers to start from seed and makes an excellent cut flower.
