I've seen many roadside coyotes. Yellowstone ranks the first and Yosemite is the second. This coyote is the boldest I've ever seen and I never expected it to happen in Death Valley. Usually a coyote stays on the roadside for handout, but it seems not in this case as I've watched it for almost 50 minutes. He is just so used to human and never panics.

This Coyote just came across the field after coming out of the bushes by the cafe. I saw some people around the bushes where the coyote was hiding. I stood away as not too have him feel trapped and waited for him to emerge once the other people left. He finally came out and started for the squirrels by the duck pond but there were too many people around.
