INGREDIENTS OF VEGETABLE DALIA 1 cup broken wheat (dalia) 2 teaspoon ghee 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida salt as required 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 chopped tomato 1 green chilli 3 tablespoon peas 1 small chopped carrot 1/4 tsp garam masala Fresh coriander 3 cup water  Serve vegetable dalia with curd, pickle or some salad and enjoy.
