the time i bought a horse and ran some barrels for old time’s sake 🤎🐴👢 one of the things that stood out most to me on this day was how welcoming, inviting, and encouraging the girls at the arena were. it’s not always the case in the horse world. it can be overwhelming coming in not knowing anyone, or on a new horse, or not having the best tack (or even a trailer). i rode Paz to the arena this day (we had an early start lol) and a neighbor offered to give us a ride home. little moments…
