Ingredients:
16 ounces prepared pizza dough
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
water
coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Roll the pizza dough into a 50-inch-long rope on a lightly floured surface.
3. Twist the rope into a pretzel shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Microwave 2 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds, stir in 1 teaspoon baking soda.
