Used only 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 stick salted butter, and 1/4 cup ice water to make one pie crust. Little sticky and wet when all mixed together. Pour out onto wax paper with flour and flour the top of the dough. Fold in half and keep flouring until not as sticky. Dolly into a ball and then press flat into a disk or plate shape. Chill in fridge for a few hours before use. Best pie crust I’ve ever had.
