Sphere ice

Round ice cubes are all the rage. Different twist on a bar staple. These ones are from Ice Cultures in Toronto, but I'm sure you can order them from any company doing ice work. You can also make them yourself with a mild (google it). The trick is to use hot water for a clear cube.
