For this recipe I’m using my @vitamix_aunz A3500i blender for the best consistency!

Ingredients:
500g butternut squash or pumpkin (you’ll need 1 cup of flesh once cooked)
420g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1-2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup hulled tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
Pinch of cracked pepper
Pinch of salt or to taste
