Seeds crackers
These seeds crackers are gluten free crunchy and packed with nutrients like healthy fats, protein, and fiber. They can be enjoyed on their own as a snack or paired with cheese, dips, or spreads. Ingredients: 1 cup flex seeds (soak in water for 2-3 hours) 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup black sesame seeds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup or as per your choice maple syrup 1/2 tsp salt Mix all these ingredients and spread on parchment paper, bake it for 45 mins but keep an eye as every oven is different. Once it is cool down they it will turn in crispy crackers. Enjoy with any dipping or eat just like that 🤗 #seeds #seedscrackers #healthy #healthycracker #flexseeds

Credit @nadiashealthykitchen on Instagram Instructions 50g flaked almonds 80g pumpkin seeds 35g sesame seeds 2 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of salt 2.5 tbsp maple syrup Instructions Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/350F. Mix the nuts, seeds and salt in a bowl, then mix in the maple syrup. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place some of the mixture in a round cookie cutter to shape into flat discs. Alternatively you can spoon some of the mixture straight onto the lined baking sheet to make clusters instead. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely to firm up (they may break apart if you attempt to move them whilst still warm).
