Working in games since 1994, Chad has worked for Acclaim, Axiom Design, and Avalanche (Disney) Software as a Lead Artist before starting his own animation studio in 2000. He has won awards for character design and has worked with clients such as Mattel, Dreamworks, Cartoon Network, Universal and others. Chad started React Games in 2008 and was instrumental in securing high profile clients, growing React to over $1M in revenue within a few years

Jim has owned several businesses, such as Wasatch Construction Group which had 26 employees and grossed $5M annually. Then he moved on to form Organization Solutions Network, an HR consulting firm that had 11 employees and grossed over $6M annually. Jim joined React Games in 2009 to provide HR and financial support and run day-to-day operations.

Brad is a product-focused entrepreneur with an MBA from BYU and several awards to his name, including Student Entrepreneur of the Year for 2012 in the state of Utah and also won national awards. He's been involved with games since early 2000 working with clients like Hasbro, Paramount Pictures, MTV, Warner Bros and Capcom. His games have sold over 1.5 million copies, reaching top-selling status in their markets.
