Hey Guys,
I'm new to these forums.

This is one of my 1st post here and working in IT for 3 years I'm surprised I haven't found this site sooner.

Pics are of my Homemade Network rack which is still a work in progress.

Yeah back when I was planning the project I was thinking orange and black combo would look good
 
Funny how a few spare pieces of wood trim and really finish off a project. Trimmed out the top and bottom of the rack, then spray painted it to match the Ethernet cords.
 
How is the lateral movement on it? Without an angled support I would be worried it will wiggle side to side.
 
Side movement is completely fine thing doesn't budge. I built two identical picture frames 1st when I was building it. then attached the front and back together with 2x4's at the top and bottom. Could always add side support if needed but as of right now doesn't seem like it needs it. After I put it together as a test I sat on it and the thing didn't move. The rack doesn't wiggle or move at all.
