Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
This shipping policy informs of the terms of shipping which apply to your order as a customer.

SHIPPING COURIER
Our shipping courier is GLS or UPS. GLS and UPS are responsible for the delivery of our packages from the point that they are picked up by the selected courier. GLS and UPS provide Track & Trace codes, which are automatically forwarded to customers upon processing orders, giving customers the opportunity to keep track of their package delivery.

TIME OF SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within one to three weekdays, although we reserve the right to delay any order if there are any potential concerns relating to transaction security, technical errors regarding product availability, product suitability to the individual client’s treatment, or any unforeseen circumstances that may be a hindrance. You may be contacted during order processing, if there is information relevant to your order that we require from you.
Orders typically arrive within a few weekdays after processing, although the shipping duration may vary depending on the shipping destination provided by the customer.

ORIGIN OF SHIPPING
Products, except for supplements, are shipped from our Copenhagen clinic at Amaliegade 42, 1256 København K, Denmark. Supplements orders are shipped from Sweden.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We only ship orders to countries that are selectable on the check-out page. In general, these are countries within the EU, with some exceptions. If your country is not on the list, it is possible that another Hårklinikken department does. Please refer to our list of clinics around the world for more information.

PRICE OF SHIPPING
The price of shipping depends on the destination country of the order and the weight of your order. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight of ordered products and added to your order during check-out.
