Speaking topics

  • Cyber threat intelligence that supports decisions rather than producing longer IOC lists
  • OSINT and infrastructure pivoting for fraud, phishing and cybercrime investigations
  • Social engineering, ClickFix and why attackers increasingly target people instead of vulnerabilities
  • Identity attacks, session theft and why MFA is not a complete security strategy
  • Information operations, disinformation infrastructure and AI-assisted influence campaigns
  • Intelligence sharing, MISP and practical collaborative defence

Intelligence beyond indicators

Threat intelligence becomes useful when it changes a decision. This talk moves beyond longer IOC lists and shows how infrastructure, behaviour, confidence and collection gaps can be turned into an assessment that defenders and leaders can act on.

One scam domain is rarely alone

A single phishing or fraud URL is usually an entry point, not the investigation. This practical session follows the pivots through redirects, DNS, certificates, hosting, page templates and related infrastructure while separating useful correlation from accidental overlap.

Attackers are looking for people

ClickFix, session theft and modern social engineering succeed by turning the victim into part of the execution chain. This talk explains why MFA and awareness slogans are not enough, then connects attacker behaviour to practical detection and response opportunities.
