We all know this guy we all know his legacy.we all love it.but like too many artists that pass away music is put out without considering how they would have wanted it.dilla was a perfectionist I night doubt he would have put this first disc out it doesn't sound finished at all.the second one is the jackpot although shorter it's way doper and bouncier and funkier even a couple of tracks with Dilla killing the mic with ease the way he always did I'd recommend it for that alone.

James Dewitt Yancey, better known by the stage names J Dilla and

Jay Dee, was an American record producer and rapper who emerged

in the mid-1990s underground hip hop scene in Detroit, Michigan,

as one third of the acclaimed music group Slum Village. His

obituary at NPR stated that he "was one of the music industry's

most influential hip-hop artists," working with notable acts

including A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Busta Rhymes, Erykah

Badu, The Roots, the Pharcyde, Madlib and Common.
