Terms of Service (English)
By using the HocN8N.ai website, mobile app, or any other HocN8N.ai service provided to you by HocN8N.ai Co., Ltd. (collectively the "Services"), you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") and (2) our Privacy Policy (found at https://hocn8n.ai/privacy).
Although we will attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up to date version (found at https://hocn8n.ai/terms). HocN8N.ai may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time.
User Accounts
When creating an account with an e-mail address, you must use your own valid e-mail address. When creating an account with a social account, you must use your own social account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and username. You must not allow a third party to access your account.
You must be at least fourteen (14) years old to use the Service. You must affirm to us that you are either more than eighteen (18) years old, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users of HocN8N.ai Services, including users who are also contributors of Content to the Service. The Service includes all aspects of any HocN8N.ai, including but not limited to services offered via the HocN8N.ai website and applications.
HocN8N.ai reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice and to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
Account & Refund Policy
- Your account will last forever, and you can use all course features and watch all lessons.
- However, your live support on Discord will expire 3 months after the purchase date.
- Please carefully review the trial lessons and published learning path before paying. There will be no refunds for this course under any circumstances.
Account Suspension
Our systems automatically monitor for abnormal activity. If such activity is detected, your access to the course will besuspended immediately and automatically, without prior notice. This includes using the account on more than two (2) devices, sharing your account, using automated tools, scripts, crawlers or AI agents against the Service, downloading or recording lesson content, and tampering with the Service technically.
Every suspension is recorded together with the reason and the time of detection. Suspended accounts are not eligible for a refund. If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact [email protected] and we will review the system logs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sell, license, copy, modify or otherwise use the information you have obtained through our Service for profit.
