Easy corn casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans cream corn
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
16 oz sour cream (not fat free or low fat)
2 sticks of butter (not margarine)
Mix 4 cans of corn, corn muffin mixes and sour cream
Slowly mix melted butter until mixture is creamy
Pour into 11 X 13 glass dish (I use stoneware)
Bake at 375 degrees for approx 1-1/2 hours or until top has slight golden appearance.

Just scrub, spray lightly the crockpot and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. The skins get yummy and delicious just like at a restaurant!! - going to try this!
