Easy corn casserole Ingredients: 2 cans whole kernel corn 2 cans cream corn 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 16 oz sour cream (not fat free or low fat) 2 sticks of butter (not margarine) Mix 4 cans of corn, corn muffin mixes and sour cream Slowly mix melted butter until mixture is creamy Pour into 11 X 13 glass dish (I use stoneware) Bake at 375 degrees for approx 1-1/2 hours or until top has slight golden appearance. Enjoy
