Nihari Masala :
Cumin seed 2 tsp
Fennel seed 1 tsp
Bay leaf
Peppercorn 1 tsp
Cinnamon
Mace
Star anise
Clove
Cardamom 2 Nos
Roasted chana dal 1 1/2 tsp
Poppy seed 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly 5 Nos
Dry ginger powder 1 tsp

In a pressure cooker add water , salt and Nalli.
Remove whistle from the cooker and Keep your flame Medium to low for 30 minutes and cook Nalli
After30min pressure cook for 5-6 Whistle in medium flame
Strain the water and keep it aside

Now add 2 Tablespoon's of ghee
Cooked Nalli
And freshly prepared Nihari Masala 2-3 Full Tsp
Then add Fried onion and cook for 5min
Now add cooked Nalli water into it
Handful of fried onion and cover with the lid
