Kenneth John "Kenny" Ortega is an American producer, director, and choreographer. He is best known for directing the Disney films: Newsies, Hocus Pocus, The Cheetah Girls 2, the High School Musical trilogy, and the Descendants franchise. He also directed the Andi Mack episode "Better to Have Wuvved and Wost" and has voiced an animated version of himself in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Rollercoaster: The Musical!" In 2019, Ortega was named a Disney Legend.
