Physiological needs

I named the first level within my hierarchy "Physiological Needs", and it's a very important one! Although it sounds very complex, "Physiological Needs" simply refers to the requirements that humans need to survive. Some of these requirements include clothing, water, shelter and food.

I tried my best to accomplish all that I could in my lifetime, but I'd say my main contribution is my theory centered around human needs and motivation. I named this theory "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs", rightfully so.

Let’s try and focus our #selfcare practice in meeting the bottom two first, followed by the third one. Physiological: have we got shelter and food? Safety: are we staying at home to minimise the risk of infection? Social: setting up online meetings might be a good alternative to feeling lonely, alone, or even stir-crazy.
