5min · 1 serving On the 6th day of the 25 days of cocktails, let’s sip on a chai manhattan This is the perfect amount of holiday spice for a classic cocktail 2 oz Rye Whiskey • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth • 1/2 oz Chai Concentrate • 2-3 dashes angostura bitters • Ice • Rosemary, to smoke glass Garnish: rosemary sprig & cherries Start by Smoked a coupe glass with a sprig of Rosemary. • Let infuse for about 3-5 minutes and place in the freezer to chill. • Build your cocktail in a mixing glass and add all your ingredients. • Add ice and mix together.
