EASY TOFU
10min · 2 servings Recipe: • RECIPE (2 servings, 10min prep time): • -400g firm tofu, pat dried • -2 Tbsp cornstarch • -salt to taste • Tear the tofu into chunks and combine with corn starch and salt. • Fry in oil until crispy OR bake at 180C/360F for 20mins. • Sauce: • -4 Tbsp soy sauce • -2 Tbsp white wine or balsamic vinegar • -2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup • -optionally hot sauce • -1 Tsp garlic powder and ginger powder • -2 Tsp corn starch • -1/8 cup (30ml) water • Mix and add it to the hot pan. • Stir whilst heating up until thickened and stir in the tofu. evt. 1 spsk ketchup break the pieces of tofu small as they are crispier

QUICK PEANUT TOFU 🥜⁠ by eatmoregreens⁠ ⁠ This is one of my go-to tofu recipes and a family favorite! 😮‍💨⁠ Much love⁠ Maya ✨⁠ RECIPE (4 servings, 30min prep time):⁠ -400g tofu⁠ Pat dry and tear in chunks⁠ -3 big Tbsp peanut butter⁠ -juice of 1 lime⁠ -salt to taste⁠ -1/2 Tsp each chili powder, ginger powder and garlic powder⁠ -2 Tbsp soy sauce⁠ Mix and stir in the tofu.⁠ Spread on a lined baking tray and generously drizzle with agave or maple syrup.⁠ Bake at 175C/350F for 25min.⁠
This contains: Knead until it’s a dough.
Shape in small balls.
Mix with 1 Tbsp corn starch and oil.
Bake at 180C/360F for 20mins.
Sweet-spicy-Gochujang glaze
-3 Tbsp each Gochujang, vinegar, and agave
-6 Tbsp ketchup
Heat up until thickened and stir in the tofu.
