One-Pan Broccoli Cheddar Orzo Recipe Ingredients: * 1 tbsp olive oil * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 1 small onion or 2 shallots, finely chopped * 1 1/4 cups orzo (gluten-free if needed) * 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (can sub veggie broth) * 2 cups broccoli florets * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese * Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. 2. Stir in the broccoli, orzo, and chicken broth.
