Inspired by Victorian knitted cotton petticoats, this skirt is knitted from the bottom up on circular needles. The Lace panel is knitted lengthways first, then stitches are picked up to knit the stocking stitch body of the skirt. The long waist rib has eyelets through which a crochet tie is threaded.
