Ingredients: • 2 sweet potatoes • 400g lean ground beef • 1 packet taco seasoning • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp adobo seasoning • 1 container cottage cheese • 1 avocado, diced • A handful of mozzarella (optional) • Rocket (optional) • Hot Honey: • 3 tbsp honey • ½ tsp chilli flakes • ¼ tsp garlic powder • ¼ tsp paprika Method: 1.
