*Remember to always consult your doctor before starting a new workout program! Here is my first core workout for my third pregnancy! Even though this isn’t my first rodeo, I still like to go “back to the basics” with my core activation exercise prior to starting my workout. Being that my abs will eventually separate as my tummy grows, I like to keep working my transverse abdominal muscles strong. This will help with pelvic floor pain as well as back pain. For those wondering, yes, I’ve been approved to workout from my doctor and have worked out for each of my pregnancies.
