Booking Policy

At Hunter Hypnotics we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Being a small business this allows us time to fill the session space and provide services to our other clients. 

At Hunter Hypnotics we do send out a 24 hour text reminder to help with the organisation of our client’s appointments.

A 50% cancellation fee for the total session cost is required if less than 24 hours notice occurs. This can be paid via a provided payment link.

Other options include attending your session via zoom or to reschedule and attend another appointment within 48hours of cancelled session.
