Easter Content and Map Feedback
Hello everyone!
Easter is around the corner and to celebrate we are bringing everyone some Easter related content! We have 2 new maps, 3 reskins of maps including Skywars, Bedwars, and Murder Mystery, AND reskins of both the Main Lobby and the Bedwars Lobby! Make sure you get to check them out as these maps will be on for a limited time over Easter!
Furthermore, we are announcing the Easter Sale Event! We will be discounting everything in the Hypixel Web Store (store.hypixel.net). Expect discounts up to 50% off, and 55% off on the in-game store. Furthermore, Housing Furniture will be discounted by 25%!
In addition to the sale, there will be 2 bundles available both on the store and in-game: the Little Easter Bundle and the Big Easter Bundle. The Big Bundle will contain the brand new Ducklings Gadget and the Eggy Click Effect.
Please note that this event is set to last approximatively 2 weeks (until the 29th of April).
New Murder Mystery Map & Bug Fixes
It's finally time to welcome the spring season with a Murder Mystery new update! Today we're releasing a brand new map, Infection V2 balancing changes, lots of bug fixes, and community requested changes.

Housing Furniture Update
The Housing Furniture Update is now live! This update adds 30 new unique and interactive furniture items to decorate your house with and enjoy! You can find these items in the in-game store under the Housing category.
Here's some more good news as well;
▶ All Blocks Now Free
All basic Housing blocks are now unlocked for everyone and will no longer be dropped in any mystery boxes.
All players who spent mystery dust on blocks in the previous 30 days before the update have had their mystery dust refunded.

▶ 4 Free Furniture
Everyone gets 4 free Furniture items to decorate their plots with. The items included are:
- Dining Chair
- Stool
- Coffee Table
- Dining Table
Some special furniture items include particle animations and the ability to emit light.
Two dining chairs, a cooker, and a sink set the scene in this dining-kitchen.
Have a seat on this comfy two-seater sofa, and watch the flatscreen TV.
Need to get some work done? This corner office is a great space to write up your emails.
This long conference table and contrasting black office chairs make for a striking social setting.

▶ Hykea
Hykea, a furniture showcase world was promised - and has not been forgotten about! Hykea is coming. In the future any new Furniture added will also be updated to be included in this special Furniture showcase world.
Client Furniture Limitations
50 placed furniture is the current limit and has been arrived at with extensive testing. Any higher than this and clients without optifine severely struggle to render all the furniture items in the world. There is a solution to allow higher furniture amounts (which is to limit the view distance more strongly), so if that's what people would prefer, we can implement that and increase the limit - please give feedback!

Our third event in the Tournament Hall has ended.
Here are some stats about the SkyWars tournament:

- 1,622,929 kills (570,745 from getting thrown in the void)
- 2,353,397,076 coins earned across the board

- 792,666 arrows hit / 2,968,259 arrows shot (26,7% accuracy)
- 5,923,192 chests opened (338,595 destroyed!)
- On average 3 players per game died from falling all on their own
- Combined playtime of all players during the tournament: 7 years and 9 months
- The top player had 4,666 points
- Top 1,000 had 692 points
- Top 2,500 had 475 points
- Top 10,000 had 53 points
