Hypixel SkyBlock - 5th Anniversary
Hi SkyBlockers!
Today, we are celebrating the 5th Anniversary of Hypixel SkyBlock's release. It's been a long road since 2019, filled with many bumps and challenges. Yet, we are proud to say that five years after the initial release of this game, SkyBlock is still thriving! With the next five years, we aim to accomplish even greater things within Minecraft, but for now, we'd like to extend a special thank you to our players, the people who have kept this game alive for so long. Without you, Hypixel SkyBlock would just be a series of bad ideas in Jayavarmen's head.
As part of our celebration, there is an in-game 5th Anniversary Event for the next 7 days. Like in previous years, you can claim a unique reward from Simon in the SkyBlock Hub. This year, that reward is a special 5th Anniversary Balloon Hat. Try it on, and try not to float away!
Additionally, there is a 20% Skill Exp Boost throughout the event to help with that leveling grind.
Finally, our SkyBlock Build Lead has built a SkyBlock island out of LEGO. This detailed build of the starter island is a sight to behold! Check out Cheesey's video to see for yourself!

Mega Walls - The Class Point Update
Hi all! As we mentioned in our most recent Minigame Developer Update, a Mega Walls update has been in the works for a while now. Today, we're excited to be releasing the update, which aims to introduce a plethora of new content while also improving some outdated parts of the game!

New Prototype Game: Sheep Wars
Hi everyone!
Today we're releasing a new game into the Prototype lobby, Sheep Wars! This game was originally teased a couple years ago as part of a company Game Jam, but was benched for some time as we focused on other content. Recently, we decided it was time to pick this game up again, and after putting it through several design iterations with some fresh ideas, we now feel that it's ready for public testing!
You can play the game by visiting the Prototype lobby using the /lobby ptl command!
