Hypixel Tournaments - TNT Run
Today, we're happy to announce the next tournament - TNT Run!
If you don't know about tournaments or the Tournament Hall, or if you'd like to know more about some of the terms in this post, make sure to take a look at the first tournament post.
If you missed out on previous tournaments, no big deal!
You don't need to have played in previous tournaments to participate. You are on an even footing in every tournament.

This tournament will take place on August 13th.
It will last 48 hours total, from 6 PM EDT August 13 until 6 PM EDT August 15

Murder Mystery Bug Fixes - July 2021
Today, we have released some new bug fixes and balancing changes to Murder Mystery. For more information, make sure to read the patch notes below!
► Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that allowed early kills in Double Up.
- Fixed a bug that allowed instant respawns from environmental kills in Infection.
- Now, infected players will always respawn with a 5 second delay.
- Survivors will also respawn with a 5 second delay and become Infected if they are killed at any point in the game.
- Fixed a bug that caused your xp bar not to reset after using the Pumpkin Laser Victory Dance.
- Fixed a bug that allowed murders to give slowness to their teammates as a spectator in Double Up.
- Fixed a bug that said the alpha was exposed when they were actually dead.
- Fixed a bug that caused some maps to not start at the right time of day.
- Fixed a bug which prevented other players from picking up Soda and Snowmen that they didn't buy.
- Fixed a bug which allowed the Cursed Sword from Kali to take durability damage.
- Fixed a bug which prevented Infected players from using the jump boost in Widow's Den.
- Fixed a bug which caused some Infection games to end in the first five seconds.
- Fixed a handful of grammar errors.
► Quality of Life Changes
- If you have the Kali Bow, you won't be able to pickup the detective bow.
- You can now earn coins for picking up gold as the murderer.
- Removed the Avalanche event from Mountain.
- You can now get extra coins for bow shots from 30+ blocks away.
