It was at the 40th anniversary of the Igloo label in Mons in 2018 that the two pianists met backstage and hatched the idea of this unique tandem. They will be reunited for the first time on the stage of the 140 for an original concert combining personal repertoires and jazz standards. Following this magical concert, they recorded nine tracks together, divided between the acoustic piano and the Fender Rhodes. Latin, funky, Brazilian and even boogie-bluesy. And classic jazz.
