Ali H. Soufan (kelahiran 1971) adalah seorang mantan agen FBI Lebanon-Amerika yang terlibat dalam sejumlah kasus anti-terorisme tingkat tinggi di Amerika Serikat dan seluruh dunia. Pada 2011, Soufan menerbitkan memoir yang meliputi latar belakang sejarah dari al-Qaeda: The Black Banners: The Inside Story of 9/11 and the War Against al-Qaeda.[1] Pada 2017, ia menerbitkan Anatomy of Terror: From the Death of Bin Laden to the Rise of the Islamic State.
