Seni rupa Jepang meliputi sejumlah besar gaya dan media seni, yakni tembikar kuno, ukiran, lukisan tinta dan kaligrafi di atas sutra dan kertas, lukisan ukiyo-e dan cetakan blok kayu, kiri-e, kirigami, origami, dan yang paling terkini manga—kartun dan komik Jepang modern—bersama dengan jenis lainnya dari karya seni rupa. Seni rupa Jepang memiliki sejarah yang panjang, bermula dari permulaan pemukiman manusia di Jepang, terkadang pada milenium ke-10 SM, sampai sekarang.
