William “Bill” Frank Buckley Jr. (nama lahir William Francis Buckley;[1] 24 November 1925 – 27 Februari 2008) adalah seorang intelektual publik, pengarang konservatif,[2] dan komentator politik Amerika Serikat. Pada 1955, Buckley mendirikan National Review, sebuah majalah yang mendorong gerakan konservatif di Amerika Serikat pada akhir abad ke-20.
