The Tortoise and the Hare adalah sebuah film pendek animasi yang dirilsi pada 5 Januari 1935 oleh United Artists, diproduksi oleh Walt Disney dan disutradarai oleh Wilfred Jackson. berdasarkan pada sebuah cerita fabel berjudul Kelinci dan Kura-Kura, The Tortoise and the Hare memenangkan Film Pendek Animasi Terbaik (Academy Awards) tahun 1934. Kartun tersebut juga diyakini menjadi salah satu inspirasi dari Bugs Bunny, yang pertama kali muncul pada 1940.[1]
