First move your head and neck in all different directions and see which motions are restricted. Sometimes we don’t move our neck much, so we don’t realize that we lack some mobility.

Just simple movements like the exercises in this video can significantly improve your neck range of motion and reduce pain in your neck, upper back, and shoulders.
