Painstorm XXI Workout: Burpee Bedlam

"PAINSTORM XXI" (aka: “BURPEE BEDLAM”) is 600 total reps, 300 of which are burpees. Use one pair of dumbbells throughout (the original description says choose your own weight, but a good Rx weight is 55/35 lb).
