Here’s the Chest... | By Renshaw's Personal Training | First one here is going to be a
flat dumbbell bench press. So, pay attention to where my
elbows line up right into my mid pecs. Pushing up without
locking out on top as well. Second one is a low incline
incline press. Okay, so once again, elbows are dipping down
to line up with the upper chest. Pushing up, contracting
the upper pecs. This one's a pretty great one standing
against the high-incline bench. Getting the low dumbbell fly
for the upper chest as well and then once again, standing
against the high inclined bench and doing a sven press pushing

So,here are three basic bench settings that you can use to train different areas of the chest:  *Flat Dumbbell Press: Here the bench is set at zero degrees, and it targets 90% of the of the chest muscles and also hits 10% of the of the shoulders. The main focus here is on the whole chest.  **Incline Dumbbell Press: Here the bench is set at 30 degrees, and it targets 70% upper chest and 30% shoulder muscles.
