Sure, they have their place—but they’re not the main course of pelvic floor rehab. At best, they’re a forgettable side dish. Yet, people with pelvic floor issues are constantly told to do them because they’re the easy, lazy go-to—a checkbox exercise that requires zero thought.

Sadly, people with pelvic floor issues are ALWAYS told to just do them because they are low hanging fruit, checks-the-box as an action stop, etc.
