Always a great way to describe the color of your characters eyes. Eyes are the window to the soul, so when describing the color if you say a warm sable brown, with black flecks, you picture a kind person. If you describe the eyes as a sickly swampy green and murky browns that I could never call a true hazel. You see a much less desirable character and it sets the tone for where you want to take them in your story.
