NewVue Plastic Surgery is located in the upscale Astoria Condos building, a mixed-use building with retail on the street-level and condos above, in Bellevue, WA. In order to meet city building codes in this type of building, a maximum of 1,500 sf could be dedicated to medical office in this 3,330 sf space. This project included the new construction of a two story, 26,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center and medical office space for Balcones Pain Consultants. The facility includes fourteen exam rooms, a flouroscopy suite, a laboratory, and pharmacy. Within the surgery center, three operating rooms comprise the rear of the suite, with four pre-op beds and five PACU beds in the center of the space.
