Start by patting them down semi dry with a paper towel.
Heat 1 tos of unsalted butter 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Scallops should be semi charred each side, sear them until golden. Set aside.
Reduce heat to medium high and add 2 tbs miso 1 tbs water to the same pan. Make sure to scrape the pan with your wooden spoon, that’s where all the flavor is. Add your minced garlic and parsley. Mix until semi thicken. Set aside to cool down.
Place cooked scallops onto any plate or shells then spoon in your miso butter, garnish with extra black pepper and parsley.
