Ordering a low calorie frappe at a coffee shop is basically impossible, at least one that tastes good. This simple recipe is an easy way to make one at home that actually tastes delicious!

Instructions:
In a blender
1️⃣Add 10oz unsweet vanilla almond milk
2️⃣Add 2-3tsp instant coffee
3️⃣Add 1 Tbsp SF vanilla pudding powder
4️⃣Add 2 Tbsp SF caramel syrup
5️⃣Add 1 cup of ice (add more as needed)
Blend it all up until you have a smooth frappe! Pro tip: pulse your blender to ensure all the ice gets blended up adequately.

You can also add 1/4 tsp xanthan gum which will make the drink smoother, but I don’t think it’s totally necessary. Enjoy!
