🍪Higher Volume Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough! 🍪 When I made the original cottage cheese cookie dough recipe that was going viral, I was kind of shocked at how high the calorie and fat content was. It was almost too rich tasting and left the serving size to be very small if you’re someone who trying to be conscious about what you eat. I remade the recipe by changing up the flours used which not only slimmed things down (to ~1/3 of the calories,) but it also kept the protein high.
