At this point I’m a broken record, but eating a high-protein diet not only changed my physique, but has helped me maintain lean muscle mass and steady energy levels throughout the day. I thought I’d write a similar post with less science and more recipe ideas. My general rule of thumb is 30-40g protein per meal, and try to get another 10-20g through snacks. Tap to read!
