lakshmi_kitchen26 on June 16, 2024: "Ghee Cake Ingredients:- 1 cup ghee 1 cup powdered sugar 3 eggs ( room temperature) 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup milk ( room temperature) 1. In a bowl add ghee and sugar. Beat it until it turns light yellow in colour 2. Add eggs and beat it again 3. To which add the dry ingredients and mix everything well. 4. Add milk 5. Pour it to a greased tin pan 6. Preheat the oven @180°c and bake it for 25mins.
