20min · 2 servings A little fridge raid tonight so I present you BACON & GARLIC EGG FRIED RICE 🥓🍳🍚 , one of my favourite easy meals and it satisfy my late night hunger every damn time. But we all know egg fried rice is elite on its own so anything that goes in is just a bonus! Ingredients (serves 2…ish) • 2 cups old rice (better for frying) • 1 tbsp grated ginger • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced • 4 garlic cloves, minced or thinly sliced up to u • 5 streaks of smoked bacon, cut into small bits (you can use pancetta for ease) • 2 eggs • 2-3 tbsp neutral oil • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 heaped tbsp tomato puree • 1 knob of butter • 1-2 tsp chilli oil • Chilli flakes (however much you can handle) • 1 tsp cracked pepper • 1 tsp msg • A light drizzle of sr
